판매량
2010년 11월 8일 베데스다는 500만 타이틀을 출하하며 약 300만 달러의 매출이 예상된다고 발표했다. 많은 버그와 약간 아쉬운 마감이 지적되었음에도 불구, 폴아웃 3에 견줄 수 있을 만큼의 상당한 매출량이다. 또한 크리스마스를 전후해 엑스 박스 360 전용 DLC를 출시할 예정이라고 한다 (상세한 정보는 밝히지 않았다.)
한글화
- 작업 장소: 현재 대표적으로 한글화를 진행 하는 곳은 http://cafe.naver.com/hannori.cafe 이다.
* 작업 현황: 폴아웃3의 한글화 작업자를 중심으로 작업이 진행 되고 있지만, 방대한 한글화 대상의 분량으로 인해 반드시 필요한 리딩자가 없어 지지부진 한 상태다.상당히 한글화 열기가 급속도로 줄고 있는 모습을 보이고 있어 한글화 완료 시기는 물론 종료 여부도 불투명 한 상태다.(2011년 1월 현재)
